Below are the Terms and Conditions which apply to every visitor, user or member of the iEntertain.NETwork web portal…

These terms and conditions relate to your application to participate in a talent submission facility referred to as The iEntertain NETwork (at the web address of: http://www.ientertain.net) which His-Nibs (the Licensee – granted by iEUK (Holdings) Ltd) (together the “Company”) will have sole Management Rights to propose, promote, publish or decline access to the online facility but does not undertake to produce for any TV network.

You understand that any information given by you in your application may be used to propose, promote, publish or decline access to The iEntertain.NETwork. Also, that any image, video, soundtrack or voice-over submitted or uploaded to The iEntertain.NETwork grants us (the Company) the rights to propose, promote, publish or refuse as we see fit.

You acknowledge and agree to abide by any rules, regulations, terms and conditions imposed on this facility as determined by the Company, and you acknowledge that any of the rules, regulations and terms & conditions may be changed (including without limitation verbally) at any time by the Company at their sole discretion. The Companys’ decisions regarding all elements of the application process shall be final and binding.

We will be incorporating a “hotline” for those who require assistance or experience any difficulty navigating the iEntertain.NETwork portal. Details of the Telephone Number & call charges will follow in due course

Calls to the “hotline” will cost ?p per minute from a BT Landline. Calls from other networks may be higher and from mobiles may be considerably more. Callers must obtain the bill payer’s permission before calling. The Company reserve the right to suspend or close at any time any telephone lines that it may operate in order to facilitate the application process. We cannot guarantee that all calls will receive an immediate response. Lines will be closed outside of normal operating hours.

If you experience any problems with the “hotline” or navigating the iEntertain.NETwork web-portal, you can also send an eMail to webTeam(at)ientertain.net, whereby we will aim to issue a response within 48HRS.

The Company, their agents and sub-contractors do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any online applications, telephone network or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any messages or applications not being properly received, heard, recorded or submitted.

The completion of an application does not guarantee immediate acceptance to either view, submit, participate or gain access to the iEntertain.NETwork facility.

Please note that to submit an application for access to the iEntertain.NETwork you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 please make sure that you get the permission of your parents or legal guardians before applying. If you are under 18 years of age and you are invited to attend any audition or facility, you must be accompanied by your parents or legal guardians.

If you are selected to perform at any venue (wherever in the world), whether paid or unpaid – it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct permits (if required) to perform (or work) within the specific country. Any applicant may be required to provide proof of residency and age such as a valid passport.

In the event that you are invited to attend any audition, gig, show, film, TV set, or any other facility you hereby grant all consents necessary for the Producer to film and record such material and to use recordings featuring your image and/or voice in connection with the use as notified to you (in writing) at the time of such audition, gig, show, film, TV set or any other facility.

Should you be selected to take part in any of the above Programmes you may be required to undertake to enter into further contracts with the Producer and you agree to abide by any of the terms and conditions imposed or supplied to you in person.

All personal details and/or information given in your application either in this form or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. The Company reserves the right to refuse access if you have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or any misleading information or personal details, have failed to abide by any rules or are in breach of any terms and conditions.

Anyone seeking or offering employment…
Must disclose to the Company details of any criminal convictions or unspent convictions other than for driving offences which have not resulted in a ban or custodial sentence. You shall notify the Company immediately if there are any criminal charges brought against you or if any information you provide in your application becomes inaccurate whilst any video footage, soundtrack or voice-over which includes you remains viewable on the iEntertain.NETwork portal.

Data Protection
We take your privacy very seriously. The information you provide about yourself as part of the application procedure will be used by the Company to assess whether or not to grant access to certain areas of the facility. If you are successful, this information may be used in connection with the production and promotion of any submitted material. By submitting this application form you consent to any information you provide, including without limitation any sensitive personal information, being used for this purpose.

We may use the information you provide to verify your age and identity and to carry out background checks with any law enforcement and government agencies. We may share your information with Industry Insiders as part of a selection process and in connection with the production and promotion of the facility.

If you have asked to be included in any NEWSletter or other medium we may also use the contact details provided to let you know about other facilities which may be of interest to you.
